Job description
- Conduct on-site surveys and assessments of auction projects, auction land plots, and investment projects
- Perform pre-feasibility studies for both auction and non-auction investment projects
- Research, analyze, and evaluate investment efficiency and financial performance of projects
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the fulfillment of financial obligations related to projects
- Analyze and assess the legal status and regulatory procedures of projects
- Collect, analyze, and process financial data and investment-related information of the company
